What is in the box: Detailed installation instructions and the following parts are included: metal handle assembly with trim ring, showerhead assembly with finish matched flange and arm, tub spout and a ceramic-disc cartridge valve body assembly. This product comes with a hex wrench for tightening a set screw into the handle. Tools and Parts not included: Your installation may require new supply lines and/or shutoff valves or additional tools. A recommended tool kit for any faucet installation should include PTFE plumber's tape or thread sealant, plumbers putty, slotted screwdriver, Phillips head screwdriver, pliers, adjustable wrench, cloth and a flashlight. This item cannot ship to California or Vermont.

I'm not impressed with the quality of this faucet. For $200, I expected a lot better. While installing, I somehow kinked the cold-water supply hose, and it permanently and severely restricted the flow rate. I tried calling support, and was not able to connect to a live person to help out. I was not able to unkink the hose afterward.

Also, a nut which mounts under the faucet handle, barely fits over the fittings on the supply hoses, so it's also easy to damage the threads. Plus, the whole thing just feels chintzy once installed.

The price of this item is fantastic. At this price you could replace it twice for the price others demand. It has been functional and durable.

I have this set and would give it a five except for my little problem. The tube in the lotion/soap dispenser is so wide that when you want lotion or soap, you pump, pump, pump, pump to finally get the liquid to dispense...then it drains back immediately into the bottle. Next time you want to dispense you have to do the pumping all over again, so it is useless. I've written Price Pfister to see if they can adapt a smaller tube in order that liquids would stay suspended. I hope they will get in touch with me.
