Only average for the price,

1st off let me say Amazon did get me the best price on this faucet. Having said that - it amazes me the prices for faucets. I replaced an 8 year old single handle Danze faucet with this one. The Danze components are higher quality from the feel of the pull-down nozzle to the brass quick connect (this one is plastic). I was lucky to be able to high grade some of the fittings (especially the main tightening nut. The Danze has a clever brass ring that tightens with the turn of two screws. The Price Pfister, a large flat nut - who has room for a monkey wrench under their sink?? Not me.) as well as a weight that you can place along the hose shaft (rather than the one this unit comes with that simply hangs at the lowest point).
My faucet was also missing the set screw in the handle (called the company & they said they'd send it out). The faucet has a hard plastic fitting in the end of the faucet where the pull down head meets the metal tube. Mine came with that piece stuck at an angle which prevents the head from fully seating against the tube. I had to "manually" adjust it and I'm not sure that hard plastic is very forgiving. If it breaks, I'm afraid the pull-down feature may not be very smooth. The plastic adjustments on the pull-down head look and feel cheap. Also the range of the pull-down head is less than my old head & it's clearance is obstructed because the faucet head is so low. So far, the faucet seems to work just fine. Less water pressure than the old faucet, but also less overspray. If I have to purchase again - I'll probably go with a Danze even with the extra cost.

Looks good and does what I expected it to do. I've only had it for a few weeks so I can not rate it based on lasting for long time. A great price for this product when you compare it a "Delta", for example. The only problem that I notice is that it makes a humming noise when the water is running. I believe this is due to the airrater restriction that causes you to use less water. Other than that the product is great.

this faucet is beautiful! i looked all over the internet for one that was substantial and a good price. this is a great faucet with 2 different sprayer options, another option to vary the water pressure, and it pulls out and snaps back in very easily to make washing dishes very easy! i love this faucet, and i am very happy i didn't splurge on the $400+ faucets i was looking at. great quality (especially for the price) and my un-handy husband installed in in less than an hour.

We had this faucet installed in March (2.5 months ago), and about 2 weeks ago, the washer in the ball joint at the top of the sprayer head split, so everytime we tried to use the faucet water sprayed out the top of the head. We immediately called Price Pfister, and were promised overnight shipping of a new washer and surrounding part.
Five days later (it came standard shipping...not overnight) we received a hose guide...NOT what we'd asked for, and NOT what the rep said he was going to send. I called and talked to someone else first thing Monday morning, and he promised expedited 2-day shipping of a new sprayer head. It's now Thursday, and no part, so I called again. First they told me there was no record of my Monday morning call, then they said the order had been placed, but instead of being sent out, was put on "hold". I spoke to a supervisor after about 30 minutes on hold, and he explained that they're going through a system upgrade, which is why the order had been put on hold. Great. By the time we (hopefully) receive the part on Saturday, we'll have been 2 weeks without a usable kitchen sink. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the faucet (failed after less than 3 months of use), and even more disappointed with the customer service we've received from Price Pfister. I will not order another PF product again.

Just installed this yesterday and we are very pleased with it. The look is really great, and it is built well. The movement on the on/off lever is very smooth, and makes it feel expensive. Soap bottle is very large, so very little refilling.

Stylish, well-made faucet!,

Just got the polished chrome version of this faucet installed in our kitchen a couple of days ago, and it is a beauty! It's very well-made with stylish design and smooth finishes. Everything functions incredibly smoothly, just as you would expect from a high-end faucet. The faucet swivels easily from side to side and the pull-out sprayer toggles easily between 2 settings. We have had no humming sounds with our faucet so far. I shopped around extensively for a well-made, handsome faucet with a reasonable price tag, and this one more than fits the bill!

We purchased this faucet to replace a Moen that I was tired of 'adjusting' or replacing parts in to keep it from dripping every 9 months. I chose this faucet because the design seems simpler - remove the handle and replace a cartridge. The Moen had several rubber seals on springs that I've replaced and a plastic ring to tighten down the ball socket assembly. Installation was simple, although the instructions weren't included in the box - I had to go to the website to get them. I believe this is the fault of Price Pfister, there were no indications the box had been previously opened or the faucet was used. Rotating the faucet out of the way is very easy, very little force is needed. The on/off lever is also very easy to move - great if you have a handful of something and just want to use a finger to turn it on/off or make an adjustment to the temperature. Right now when returning the faucet head back up into the arm it returns completely and fits snuggly. There is a plastic collar inside that it fits into but I believe the weight on the hose is heavy enough to keep the faucet head firmly in place, so it's possible the problem other people are experiencing the the faucet head not fitting snuggly in place may be because the hose/weight isn't free enough under the sink. We really like the height of the faucet - there's no problem getting larger pots in the sink even when it's not moved off to the side. The downside is the faucet doesn't protrude towards you as much as the flatter style faucets do. And as someone else stated, you can swing the faucet around and out of the sink so you need to be careful where it's been moved to before you turn on the water. One thing to keep in mind is how much depth you have from the faucet to your backspash/wall. To install it with the lever completely to the right you need a decent amount of room for the lever to turn towards the wall. I had to angle it slightly - it still looks great but the depth wasn't something i considered when we purchased it.

I had to replace a very expensive (but discontinued) 10 year old Grohe because I couldn't get a simple replacement part. And no way would I spend $500+ again on a faucet! I picked this one up at Home Depot for $238. I love that it comes with the soap dispenser. It installed easily enough. I love the look and it functions well. The variable water pressure setting is a nice touch, especially for rinsing delicate berries, etc. Overall, I'm quite happy with this faucet and give it high marks!

I was looking for a high faucet for my kitchen. Commercial ones are just too big. This one is just right. It was easy to install and works perfectly. I would definitely buy the same one again. I installed it without the plate but it does come with one so it can be installed either way. Attractive and easy to keep clean.
