We absolutely love this kitchen faucet. Would like to address a couple of perceived problems mentioned by other reviewers. One, ours must have come from a different mfg. run in that our pull down head is metal, not plastic. Two, the color is definitely dark (almost black) w/ just a hint of a bronze highlight. Third, a reviewer mentioned the side handle as possibly getting in the way. Easy, simply mount it w/ the handle facing forwards. At least to us, it works and looks better this way w/ less of a reach to the on/off - hot/cold lever if mounted in front.

Hope this helps -

One reviewer says you get what you pay for: I guess I didn't realize that an upper end price for Lowes or Home Depot means junk. The plastic collar that is supposed to fasten the sprayer to the faucet neck slips out. As far as I can tell there is nothing to hold it in the neck. I just had this installed today. Customer service is closed for the weekend, so I have to wait to see how this turns out. I give it two stars for now as I am hoping there will be a fix.

I guess you get what you pay for - I was disappointed that this product has a plastic, not metal head, which could be easier to insert once the hose has been pulled out. From their photos, it looked like a nice dark bronze, but it has those "highlights" of a coppery color that I don't really care for. For $200 it seems to be a decent faucet, easy to install, but beware the width this takes up with the handle on the side!

We installed this faucet about 3 years ago and are still using it. We don't really complain about it much any more because we're well past that stage, but I will look to either fix (if possible) or replace it before too much longer.

As another review mentioned, the plastic clip that holds the faucet head to the faucet arm just doesn't cut it. It's too weak for the weight, so the faucet head never sits flush with the arm. It hangs an inch or so below it. And this started occurring almost immediately, not after years of use.

Second, the pump soap dispenser is worthless. I don't get it. It hasn't worked since day one and if I take the time to clean it out, it works for one use, then seems to clog back up. I've tried several different types of soaps. I had dish soap in their at first, but then I thought maybe it was meant for hand soap? So I tried a few different types of hand soap, to the same result. Nothing comes out. I guess it clogs up after one use. I'm not really sure. Haven't used it in a few years now.

One thing positive, I will never go back to a regular type faucet again. I love the high arc.

Otherwise, the faucet looks nice (except I guess for the 1 inch of hose exposed because the head won't stay flush with the arm), and it dispenses water when you turn it on...
