thumbs down,
This review is from: Pricele$$ (Audio CD)
I brought this CD guessing it would be a banger but disappointed as usual. The only reason his CD sold was because of the guest appearance. Because if Baby was on this CD by himself this sh!% would be garbage. It's like come on guy we know what the hell you own how much money you make but do you have to say it in every song. It gets real annoying after awhile. He might as well stick to producing and leave the rapping to Lil Wayne. The bad part about it I'm from La and he's garbage straight up.

You just got the lyrics to every song on this CD !!! There's several really good tracks with great 5-star beats, and luckily I'm more of a "melody" listener than a "lyrics" type, but come on dude... Birdman says money every other word on the whole album. No joke! Stop talking about the stuff you have. Nobody cares. Obviously Birdman has some issues he's compensating for, or he's just the most materialistic rapper alive (which says a lot cuz). A rich man doesn't have to tell you he's rich...

The first time I listened to this album I hated it and thought it was garbage. But for whatever reason on a road trip I played it again and it sounded a little better. Played it again and it was a little better. Lil' Wayne is featured through out and his performances are OK. A few of the songs are good, of course Money to Blow with Drake, and This is my 9 to 5 with Lil' Kim and Nikki Minaj. I think I'm starting to like it, but the lyrics are garbage (money, cash, furs, cars, etc.), it's mostly for the beats and the vibe.

Good soundin cd by a sub-par rapper,
This review is from: Pricele$$ (Audio CD)
The cd sounds good, quite a few songs have really food beats. I've never been one to listen to rap for the actual words. I have a lot of Jeezy purely because a lot of his songs have good beats. I think Rick Ross has consistently put out the best albums in the last 5 years or so. Birdman isn't a great rapper but there are other guys on the album that save it. If you like good sounding songs and don't pay much attention to the words, then pick this up, you'll probably like it.

Everyone shines except Birdman,

Let me start by saying that this is a pretty good CD, and by no means do I regret buying it. The only reason it gets only 3 stars is because Birdman himself has completely run out of stuff to say, and is totally outshined by every guest appearance on the album (with the exception of Kevin Rudolph, WTF were they thinking?!) Weezy, as always has some clever and memorable verses, Drake has some hot verses, plus some good guest spots by Rick Ross, Yo Gotti, and Gucci Mane. All that adds up to a pretty good CD, it's just such a shame that Birdman did not spit a single memorable verse, probably not even a single line worth highlighting. Every song is about money, literally. Im not one these anti-rap @ssholes that says that about every CD, in fact, I think there's tons of good rap out there right now in both the mainstream and underground, but all of Baby's verses sound the same on here, it's as far from groundbreaking as you can possibly get, and it's become more than obvious that Baby is just riding on Wayne's wave of success.

The beats are good, but the lyrics are the same throughout. Non-stop about my ride, bling and dimes...expand horizons your Mr. Birdman.

Cash money still chuggin along after all these years!,
This review is from: Pricele$$ (Audio CD)
Birdman is not the best rapper around and he's not the worse either. This Cd is loaded with nice beats and good guest spots to pick up Birdman's slack. I really think this is a solid album and if your a cash money fan you will enjoy this cd. The cd has 13 tracks but I got my copy at best buy and it had 18 tracks.

This cd has a lot of nice beats and good guest features. Everyone knows Birdman is not the best rapper but it seems like on this cd he just really has run out of new things to rap about. Besides that it is a decent cd worth checking out.
