I just rediscoverd this DVD I bought last year and watched it again and found myself captivated by the music, particularly by the first piece "Dawn" (which later played so beautifully by Gorgiana in Pemberly). I ordered the music immediately.

The book arrived today (only two days after I ordered). I looked at it and thought there must be some mistake. How can there be so few notes! I thought to myself, oh no, this must be the simplified version, now I could never reproduce that hauntingly beautiful music that Georgiana played on my piano .. I was disappointed beyond words.

Nevertheless, hope against hope, I convinced myself to give it a try .. and surprise surprise, after a few minutes, I realized this is the real thing, and after a few hours, I found my playing that exact same (well almost exact same :-) beautiful music I heard on the DVD!

I am so happy! Thank you, thank you!

(I quit playing piano last year after many years playing classical piano. Now I am slowly starting to pick up again and this is the kind of music I want to play.)

(I am still confused whether there are two versions otf this music book. My book says "Piano Solo", not "Easy Piano Solo")

I ordered this book and was wary. It said Easy Piano and I was afraid that it would be like a beginner level and be too easy. But I got it and it's perfect. It's not extremely diffcult but it still isn't a cinch. It has all of the famous songs from the movies and more. I love it so far.

A very easy to use music book, fine quality, great music... quite enjoyable!

The music is beautiful, except a few occasional dissonant notes (which might be because my piano hasn't been tuned in years). I have been playing for 7 1/2 years, and I would classify the music as intermediate but a little on the easier side. It's not quite as hard as I wanted, but it doesn't bore me, either. Really pretty music, but many repetitive themes.

Yes, this music is pretty easy and simple to play, but if you listen to the soundtrack on the movie, it's simple. Just add feeling as you play, and it's beautiful. I'd buy the music again!

I adore this movie and love listening to this relaxing and powerful soundtrack and getting swept away, as if I'm watching the movie again. I would truly recommend this soundtrack. A must have for the person who collects film scores.

I really disliked the film; with it really distorting the emotional life of the book, and the limp, slack-jawed, dimbulb leading lady... but I loved the music in spite of that. This gorgeous music deserved a more proper telling of the book, and this music improved the film 100%. Kudos to Dario Marinelli.

I bought this music to play on the harp. It translates beautifully, and this is timeless music that will be beautiful music for any reception or event. The level is intermediate, so it can be very inspiring to early students to play something lovely while improving skills.
