Book Description

May 2001
Christ is coming back for a bride that is totally in love with Him, devoted to Him and about the business of pursuing Him. Many Christians are unaware of the preparation process for His return. The Priestly Bride contains a revelation that was given to “Anna Rountree” that includes some awesome insight into the processes of purification and sanctification that will take readers right to the heart of God. The Priestly Bride offers mystery, an unfolding love story, passionate communication, brutal honesty and even some spiritual warfare. Unlike any other book, this vision lets readers experience the wooing of Jesus and brings them face to face with the ancient Jewish ceremony of formal betrothal.

About the Author

"Anna Rountree" is a husband-and-wife team. After graduation from the seminary at Yale University, Albert Rountree spent most of his adult life in the pastoral ministry with his wife, Ann. Following their retirement, they moved to a large metropolitan area to help bring pastors from many denominations and diverse ethnic backgrounds together for monthly prayer and daily gatherings. They now live a quiet life in a mountain cabin in North Carolina.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fall in Love with your Bridegroom, June 18, 2001
By
This review is from: The Priestly Bride (Paperback)
I see this book and the living contents within this book changing lives, and bringing beleivers into a deeper love relationship with their Husband...Jesus. I see this book changing hearts and being used in a way that is unbeliveable to mankind. The work, the sweat and the tears will be worth it all. Just think of the lives that are going to be changed because the Lord intrusted these writers with this revelatation... and they have been faithful to His call. They wrote this book hand in hand with the King! I know that the truth that He is my Husband has set me free. I am so thankful to the writers of this book that they were faithful to Him. Reading this book has changed my heart for ever. No matter what life brings now, I know my Bridgroom has my best interest in mind and I will never stand alone because we are one. He is my perfect Husband and the Lover of my soul and Heart... I would encourage anyone that wants a deeper love for his or her Bridegroom to get this book....We are His Bride and He wrote this book for all who would dare to read it and be changed forever. Love in the Lord Deb

5.0 out of 5 stars Defies Description, June 13, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: The Priestly Bride (Paperback)
This book has so profoundly touched my life that I don't know how to give it justice in a review. The depth of God's love and the journey into that depth is so wonderfully portrayed in this book that there is no doubt that it is true even though one may not have personally experienced the actual journey. It gives perspective for our life on earth and demonstrates marvelously that our citizenship is not of this earth. I was and continue to be deeply touched by this revelation of the mystery of our betrothal to God. I am forever changed. I've read it several times and each time I am deeply touched. IT IS A MUST FOR ANYONE SEEKING GOD AND AN UNDERSTANDING OF HIS GREAT LOVE FOR US. It exudes life to you as you read it.

5.0 out of 5 stars TENDER!, September 26, 2003
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: The Priestly Bride (Paperback)
The Priestly Bride by Anna Rountree unfolded the deep tender love that Jesus has for His bride in a way that I have never seen before. As the author shares her experiences with the Lord you are touched with His deep love, compassion and deep emotions for his soon to be bride. Written in a way that all can relate to, this author helps those seeking the true knowledge of the love of Christ for them and their love for Him. My heart flooded with love when she spoke of the Father singing, giving all of creation sound that they may sing back to Him. Do you want to know what love is all about? Read this book!
This is a must read for all Christians who are serious about their walk with the Lord! Not to be missed!
