My husband is ALWAYS cold, the mylar really helped. I used one to build a parabola solar oven that can actually bake potatoes & boil water! Highly recommend!

Watch the Shipping!,

Unbelievably low price on an essential component of your emergency grab-and-go bag... until you look at the shipping. Sadly, there's no discount for multiple blankets, so you're stuck paying this RIDICULOUSLY HIGH SHIPPING PRICE on EVERY BLANKET! This is not shipped through Amazon, so free shipping doesn't apply. Better to hit your local outdoor outlet, or order online from an emergency supplies company that gives free shipping on orders over a given amount. Great product. Misleading price.

We use this on our bed to keep the dog off. It works great! We use it every day. Most dogs hate climbing on this noisy stuff. You can it use on your couch, bed or any piece of furniture you don't want your dog on while you're not at home. I highly recommend it for this use!

The 62" by 82" size versions of these blankets make a HUGE difference in user comfort. I bought some of these back when cold weather was just setting in and I immediately stopped using heavy blankets and quilts to stay warm. I used one to sleep, a sleeping back style when I was watching TV and I have to say they kept me as warm as I needed to be. Granted, they are somewhat noisy, so if you're sharing a room or a bed, they might be a problem for some. I'd say everyone should get some of these for power outages, to keep in the glove box for emergencies or in my case, for everyday sleeping in cool or cold weather. Heck, they're even great for hot weather if you need an impromptu shelter. Some sticks, duct tape and one or two of these and you're all set...

Garbage-a piece of tinfoil,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Foil Rescue Blanket
This product is garbage! I have tinfoil at home that is thicker than this. Also falsely advertised as a blanket. Not a blanket at all, as I stated above just a piece of tinfoil. Avoid this product like the plague!
