I'm changing how we eat. This is a nice book for the transition. So far the recipes are easy to follow and come out like they should!

Everything I've tried from this book has been good, and true to the title of the book, quick and easy. I'm docking two stars because this book is NOT paleo...a lot of the recipes use dairy, and as someone who is not only trying to really eat paleo, but has since found out that I have a sensitivity to all forms of dairy (sheep and goat included), those recipes are useless.

But, if you're looking for some great, tasty, and VERY easy ideas for healthy meals and don't mind some dairy included, then I highly recommend this book.

Buy this even if you are not into the Paleo lifestyle! This is a great cook book. The recipes are indeed very easy and quick to make. Some are very original, combinations I never thought of before, they all taste great. I was staying with a friend when I brought it and we had so much fun making all the dishes! I had to leave the book behind and get a new one for myself.
My husband loves rice so it's easy: I just add a rice of baked potatoes for my husband or guests, and I myself get to eat perfect, tasty, healthy Paleo.

The book is a hardcover, always nice, especially for a book which is going to be used a lot.
Actually, I have been using it so much that the leaves have loosened. Although it is a hardcover it's not sewn, but only glued. I did not take a star off for this flaw because I really really love the recipes in this book. I might take them out an have them wire bound, use it for the rough kitchen work, and then I'll buy another one for keeps :)
It is great to ''work'' with, The left page holds the recipe, the ingredients, and macronutrient profile, the right page shows a photo of the meal, and the ingredients! I really like that.
The book is divided by meal times:
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner,
appetizers and snacks (yumm)
Sauces and toppings
Rubs

There are some great breakfast dishes which also work great for lunch or dinner, there are finger foods, one of which is my favorite: Chicken with almond coconut dipping sauce. Trust me, it is to die for! I have made it as the main meat dish for dinners, I have taken it to parties... it is gorgeous.
I have invited guests just so I could make an enormous lot of it!
And it is super quick.

I bought this recipe book because I can be very lazy and really have never learned how to cook for myself. Fast food junkie. This recipe book is pretty damn nice. Easy to follow, some of the ingredients you need some prior knowledge, but overall a very friendly book for newbies. Every recipe is 30 mins or less, and are quite tasty. Definitely would recommend this recipe book to others especially if new to cooking and/or Paleo

My wife and I have made at least half of the recipes in this book and it has not failed us! Yes, some of the recipes sound off, but give them a try! You will not regret it! I can always trust that the meals will turn out wonderful thanks to this book! Get it if you are starting paleo or if you are like us and have to keep a low dairy no lactose diet!
