Don't waste your money because it is not Stainless Steel as mentioned in the description because after only one use there are rust spots all over the bottom of the pot. Although this pot is inexpensive, I don't think it is a good value. The quality level of this pot is typical of what is found in dollar stores. The steel is so thin that I can literally buckle the side of the pot with my index finger. You are going to have to coddle this pot to keep it from getting dented up.

The steel at the base is just as thin as the sides, so heat distribution is terrible. This will not be too big an issue if you're just boiling water for pasta or steaming. But, this pot is not going to double as good stock pot.

It looks as inexpensive as it is. So, it's probably not going to flatter the decor of your kitchen.

Accordingly, I am returning this item. I think it's worth spending a little more to get something better.

We've owned this for some time now and use it regularly. The finish has held up great and the pot, strainer & steamer can be used in so many different combos for meal prep we love it and we keep it in reach.
