Prime Time Law -- a great read!,
By Morgan Tomczyk (Knoxville, TN USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Prime Time Law: Fictional Television As Legal Narrative (Hardcover)
I read "Prime Time Law" for my Society and Law class at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. It is formatted into essays written on different prime time television shows (i.e. Law & Order, L.A. Law, NYPD Blue, etc.). The book as a whole is an excellent analysis of how law and legal actions are portrayed on the small screen. An exception read for anyone interested in a theoretical analysis of such television programs.
