Here is a delightful half-autobiography, half- practical pointers on how to be a better older tennis player, from a fellow who should know. Now 90, Vic Seixas won everything important there was in the year of 1954. Wimbledon,Roland Garros (the French Championships), the U.S.National Chps (all three of them - mens singles, mens' doubles, and mixed), and the Australian. I highly recommend this book.
