Compared to other Radiobiology books, this one is easier to understand and reads more like a novel. I highly recommend this book for an introduction into medical radiobiology. I used this book while studying Rad Therapy and found it to be an excellent reference book while studying medical dosimetry.

Radiobiolgy is an extremely interesting topic, but can seem a bit daunting as you delve deeper into the material. What often helps is to get a sort of 'bird's eye view' a sound general concept of basic terms and theories. A jumping block to start off on. This book while published quite a few years ago (I had my doubts) is truly a helpful resource. It made a difference for me while studying the topics in different texts. I recommend it quite highly.

I received the book within 4 days of ordering it and it was in excellent condition. Much cheaper than purchasing it at the college too!
