1.0 out of 5 stars Extremely disappointing, August 24, 2000

This review is from: Primer of Noninvasive Vascular Technology (Paperback)
I have been a vascular sonographer for several years and was given this book to teach a course to general ultrasound students. I and my students have found the book to be full of errors, not only in text but also the questions. Many portions of the book are also oversimplified and more confusing than need necessary. The book is big on physics and hemodynamics, more could have been incorporated into the actual vascular testing and pathophysiology chapters (50 pages in each is just not enough). I strongly recommend Zwiebel's "Introduction to Vascular Ultrasonography" rather than this book.
