It is very sturdy and looks great!

These cookers are very heavy and doing it this way should be much safer than trying to lower it into the assembled unit.

I purchased the acclaimed, "American made", Primo XL oval grill. I purchased this table to house the grill. I guess it was too much to hope that it also was American made. It is not. It's made in China, which in itself is not a bad thing. What is bad is the fit & hardware of this table.
While the material & paint on this table are nice, that is soon forgotten when putting this table together. Two types of threaded screws are used on this unit. One type affixes into threaded inserts that are pop riveted in to the legs and support pieces. All are metric, more on this latter. The 1st 3 screws that I tried to start into the inserts would not start, and another 2 latter on did the same. The threads on the screws were fine it was the threads on the inserts that where either not tapped cleanly or where distorted when riveted in place. In any case just a little quality control would have caught this problem on 5 of 20 threaded inserts. That's a failure rate of 20%.
A 15 mile trip to the hard ware store would now interrupt the building process. Now back to the metric issue. The Lowe's in our area, (the most likely store to carry metric taps), does carry metric taps, however they only shelf the box sets. I could not purchase the particular single size that I needed, I had to purchase the set. I'm now $40.00 in the hole for that, plus gas, plus time to find them. It does not end here. When trying to gently re-tap the inserts, which are held in by the friction of the rivet fixture, it came as no surprise that the force needed to tap them was greater that the force that the rivet's could withstand. This allowed the insert to spin in place. I had no options left @ this point but to put it together with lose and ill fitting hardware that would not properly tighten.

Cart looks great and came on time. Like others the packaging looked beat up, but the unit wasn't damaged at all. I'd also recommend waiting to put the top on the cart until you have your primo. Much easier to slide it in than it is to lower it down.

Onto the hardware.... The screws didn't fit in the holes. Every single one of them wouldn't fit. Pretty annoying to deal with after paying $500 bucks. I had to go all the way to home depot and try and figure out what would fit.

To help others, I'd go ahead and order the screws at the same time so you can avoid getting the cart and then getting stuck.

The exact screws you need are Machine Screws M6-1.0 x 16 mm Pan Head. Zinc plated. Pan Head.

This cart/table was easy to assemble and even had a extra washer. All bolts/nuts were good and the cart seems very solid with no flexing detected. I would suggest that Primo make two minor changes. The first would to lessen the sharp edges on the bottom of the stainless steel table top as they are very noticeable when moving the cart. The second change is only my preference and that would be to have two of the four wheels non swivel.

One note on the assembly, after the assembly of the main frame and before installing the side tables, remove the front or back rail and slide the cooker inside. These cookers are very heavy and doing it this way should be much safer than trying to lower it into the assembled unit. Replace the removed rail and finish the assembly of cart/table.

The table is a great addition to the Primo. I did have some difficulties given that I received it in a box that was pretty battered. Therefore not all of the bolts and washer were present. However I was able to get replacements at the local ACE hardware. Had only one bolt that was difficult to place.

The instructions are not the best. Basically an exploded diagram of the table. It worked but it would of been more helpful to have a couple step diagram. Especially with the missing bolts.

The side tables are great. Love them. They really help while cooking. I also love the large locking wheels on the base. Great design. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Just wished that it was shipped a little better.

This is very sturdy and well built, it goes together fairly quickly - self assembly. When is arrived the packaging was rather beaten up so I took plenty of photos (just in case) but everything worked out great and is now supports my Primo Grill.
