This is the Primo 900130 and is ALOT cheaper elsewhere. It is $70~ cheaper at Walmart.
The product works great and looks nice and I do recommend, just not here.
Rated 1 star to try and save people money.

I purchased this cooler from Walmart it worked for about a year and then stopped cooling water, I called around to get it repaired but Primo doesn't sell parts for it. It looks sharp but you may have to replace it soon.

Cooler worked great for hot water and still does after 2 years. However cold water was never very cold even when adjustment screw for colder water was turned fully as explained in Primo online video. Now cold water is actually warm as something broke - probably compressor. I too called and found that no parts like compressor or cold thermostat are available from Primo. Based on many reviews I read, it seems imho that this product is designed to fail in a couple years of normal usage, and that the claim of icy cold water is false.

Have had this for about 3 years now and it's absolutely great. Decided to write a review after using it today thinking to myself that it's held up wonderfully despite others that have leaked over time.
