If you're chasing squirrels around the neighborhood with this things they're going to run away. If you're a hunter and you know what you're doing, this device will bring them out to investigate. You're not going to get squirrels eating out of your hand but you will know where to move to get a shot.

The Primos squirrel buster is flat out awesome. The call is easy to use and does a great job replicating the chatter, bark and distress calls of grey squirrels. Surprisingly, I was able to bring in multiple squirrels to as close as 20 feet with this call. I expected the call to be useful as a locator, but I never expected the squirrels to actually come to me! I can't wait to use it predator hunting as well. It's definitely worth the money!

I am an avid hunter and this squirrel call is not very effective for hunting. It does emit a sound similar to squirrel sounds but it will not get squirrels to show themselves to you. If you are very lucky, they might respond from far away, but it will not make squirrel run around trees with excitement like some people claim. Just don't expect too much from this squirrel call or you will be very disappointed. The bright side is the device is well made and it will last a long time.

Me and my dad likes to go squirrel hunting. It sounds like they say on the cd. But everytime I take to the woods hasn't work for me. Im still trying every time I can. Seems like squirrels get scare every time I use it. They just ran away. Even if I use it far away from them. Its still fun to try anyways. But don't expect squirrel come to you when you use it.

I purchased one of these squirrel calls, and it scares the squirrels away. My son and I have chased squirrels all over our neighborhood - - they just run away. The only animals that respond to this piece of junk are crows! Don't buy it!
