I ordered this bipod primarily for use in a ground blind. I had inspected one of the earlier Trigger Sticks when they first came out and I was not impressed. I have used this bipod version and it works really well, much more stable than a monopod, and the vertical adjustment works well in both directions. This is the tall version so the minimum height works very well from a standard height chair, if you plan on using while sitting on a low stool or while sitting on the ground it would likely be too high for use. The rubber strap that allow you to strap the gun into the cradle of the bipod is quiet and easy to use. It will hold the gun very securely so don't plan on sliding the gun back and forth in the cradle if you use it.

the stick is a great idea and works nice except the first time I let it down with the gun on it, it broke a leg off so quick and easy that it was just shocking to me. I don't suppose they will warranty it as I was using it and probably did let it down correctly! So I can still use it as a monopod! But I do love the fact that the trigger ajust the legs so easy and you don't need three hands to hold the gun and set the legs at the right height and fumble around getting it ready to use.

i have the tall trigger stick bi pod. works very well, pull trigger and its locks on any type of ground, level or not. used it with my crossbow and got a buck last week, great.
