Prince Caspian by C.S. Lewis was the last book I needed to complete my Chronicles of Narnia series.
A few sections seemed a little overlong or confusing but those were very few, and for the most part the story flows quite effortlessly.
The book is a great allegory for Christian faith, and even a child can understand the implications.
