Are you serious?? This is terrible., April 4, 2009
This review is from: Prince Caspian: Fight for the Throne (Narnia) (Paperback)
I'm not naive. I know perfectly well that movie marketing will stoop to pretty much anything in order to make a few bucks. But I still occasionally encounter something which begs the timeless question . . .
What the heck is this??
Case in point: THIS BOOK. This execrable book is a first-person-POV retelling of the movie script of Prince Caspian.
Oh my. Yes, it's bad. They do know that there's ALREADY a book version of this movie, don't they? That the book is, in fact, a classic of children's literature? This total trainwreck of a book is slaughtering a beloved piece of literature right in front of us. My sensibilities? They are offended.

Prince Caspian, Fight For The Throne, June 11, 2008
This review is from: Prince Caspian: Fight for the Throne (Narnia) (Paperback)
Prince Caspian is a great novelization of the Movie and book by CS Lewis, Narnia Chronicles.
My son, J.E. Bright wrote the adapted version and I love the way he put it together. Since I teach 2nd grade in Texas, the children in my class loved the book and some of the other books J.E. Bright adapted. (Like Kung Fu Panda)
My son recently visited our school, League City Elementary, gave a presentation and signed some of the books the children bought.
I read the story in class and the students sat remembering the movie or visualizing the story. What a treat!
