Gwynneth is a 26 year old virgin who travels to Zuran to sell her father's apartment after his death, so that she can give the proceeds to his girlfriend and infant son. While sleeping in the apartment she wakes up in the middle of the night to discover a naked stranger in her room. They ended up in bed together...

The stranger is Sheikh Tariq bin Salud, who misunderstood why Gwynneth was in a bed that he thaught was his. What follows is a whole lot of misunderstandings between the two of them, Tariq doesn't think very much of Gwynneth, he's questioning her morals and her reasons for being in Zuran.

What I found a little bit strange about this book was that when Gwynneth woke up in the morning after sleeping with a stanger, she didn't even asked his name.

This book was alright, and if you're a Penny Jordan fan you might like it.

I loved the author`s talented descriptions of Gwynneth sexuality + sexual experiences (bathtub in the garden + the first time unknown)...they really hold my breath...the heroine was a feet on the ground person which I like very much...not a glamour beauty : (

This may not be the worst book I've ever read, but it comes close. The male and female characters are wholly unbelievable - how can anyone swallow the premise that a 20+ year old woman who works at a professional job like a financial analyst somehow wakes up at night, sees a man in her bedroom and just sort of has sex (we think, because nothing is described) because, we are to believe, her father was highly sexed and she apparently takes after him??? The book is nothing but page after tedious page of each character's thoughts about "what ever am I going to do" (her) and "I hate that I am attracted to her) (him). Neither is either romantic or sexy. Skip this one.

This book was an ok read it felt like something was missing while i'm not a big fan of Penny Jordan i do own some of her books..

The hero and heroine for me where just simple i don't know can't really put my finger on it they came out strong in the beginning not so in the end, also in the last 4 pages everything came together i didn't like that i can remember thinking to myself i'm a couple pages towards the end and they still didn't get anywhere..it was ok in some areas but not ok in some so all in all on my rating meter its between ok/fair...
