Prince Log Splitter Detent Valve for open center systems. Relief valve adjustable to 2750 PSI, preset at 2250 PSI, flow rating up to 25 gal./min. Our most popular log splitter valve. Spring centered in one direction, pressure released detent in the other direction. Automatically kicks back to neutral when cylinder completes stroke. Built-in relief valve ports. Hydraulic balanced, hard chrome plated spool. Handle can be installed in up or down position. Detent release pressure adjustable from 600 to 2000 PSI. U.S.A. I have a 22gpm hydraulic pump and a 4" diameter 30" stroke cylinder on my log splitter. I timed it with a stopwatch and this valve allows me to have a 10 second cycle time (out and in, under 10 seconds combined!). I suggest using a 3/4 hydraulic hose necked down to the 1/2NPT working ports. Nice valve!
