OK I FOUND THE SONG ;) the classical cello song played at the end during eddie's speech is called.. "Suite No. 1 in G for Solo Cello (Prelude)"

I saw this film and loved it, its really feel-good and girly - just what I wanted! but I was blown away by one song on the film called "I dont want to fall in love with you" I watched all the credits at the end to find out who sang it and ordered the CD on the strength of this one song.
The other songs on the CD are equally good - very modern and "quirky" type music, its great to put on in the car and just listen while driving, all in all I love it.!!

Sorry, as a cellist of 20+ years who was very moved by the use of the Bach Unaccompanied Cello Suite No. 1, that they used during the coronation, I just wanted to make sure people didn't go looking for Bach Symphonies (I'm sure it was just a oversight).
The piece was written for solo cello and was orchestrated (very well I think) for the movie. I was also quite pleased they only took one small cut from the movement for timing. I don't think it's on the CD though. Please correct me if I'm wrong :)

The best song on the CD is the Jenniffer Stills song Good Intentions...where did this girl come from ???? She's awesome! Expect to hear a whole lot more from her in the future...

On the off chance that anyone is looking for the beautiful Cello music played during the coronation, it is Bach Unaccompanied Cello Suite No. 1. It is NOT on this soundtrack. The best version available, in my opinion, is Yo Yo Ma's, which is available from Amazon as an mp3 download.

Even though Bach is missing here, it's a very nice soundtrack otherwise.

Hi I saw your review and you asked about the song they play in the commercial and its by one of my favorite artists Michelle Branch the song is called Breathe. You can find it on her cd Hotel Paper its very good by the way. As for the review of the Prince and Me soundtrack I loved it and the movie is so cute.

A good product, I wasn't the greatest fan of the movie, but I really liked some of the music. The main reason I bought this CD was because it's the only place I could find to buy the song "It Doesn't Get better than this" by Katy Fitzgerald. They didn't have the MP3 anywhere I searched on Amazon and it definitely wasn't on itunes, so CD was the next option for me, whose iPod is always attached.

It's a really good product. The soundtrack has some really nice songs on them and they definitely compliment the movie. I recommend both the soundtrack and the movie.

I love the movie and the soundtrack, they are both awesome, but does anyone know where I can download the song I Hope That I Don't Fall In Love With You by Marc Cohn? I've found other renditions, but not that one, it's not on itunes or msn music. Does anyone know? Please Help!

The above is the piece that was playing during the corranation. I know YoYo Ma has it on one of his CD's. It's beautiful.
