Just wanted to say how pleased I am with this racquet. I'm an intermediate player and been playing pretty regularly for decades. Noticed the first time I hit with this Prince that the sweetspot is noticably larger--just like their marketing says. I guess it's those holes! My singlehanded backhand is more reliable and my net play is more crisp. The racquet makes me want to play more than once a week and make an honest effort to get better.

The Prince O3 red is an amazing racquet! I'm an all-court and this racquet does its job very well! I'm not so much of a power player rather a control player and so it's really easy hitting the ball in the direction I want it too. I've been playing for about 2 weeks and I beat my first opponent last Tuesday and it felt great! My forehands and backhands felt really good but my serve felt the best out of them all and I had a blast playing my game! It's a very light racquet and I have had no problems with it so far.
I go and play about 3-4 days a week for about 2.5-3 hours on those days because I'm in college. I strongly believe I will be using this racquet for a very long time because this is a racquet you can just pick up and start playing with you don't have to get used to it's weight or anything because it just feels right. This of course is for a beginner-intermediate player and I strongly believe it delivers greatly. I promise you will have fun with this racquet if you decide to purchase it! Oh and it came with a nice O3 racquet bag! (:

*A quick tip* Make sure you get the right gripsize racquet because it makes a huge difference on how the racquets feel, serve, return and all that good stuff. If you don't have the right size your racquet will move a lot and it will hurt your thumb and eventually have problems with your elbow. To determine your gripsize get a ruler and measure from your ring finger to the large crease on your hand and it should measure 4 x/x. I will also post a video that helped me.

I hope you found my review helpful and I apologize if it didn't but in conclusion it's really a fantastic racquet and you won't regret getting it!

I'm a beginner/intermediate tennis player who plays twice a week. I previously owned a Wilson N-Code oversized head racquet which is lighter than the Prince O3 Red MP+. I found that the Prince racquet was a lot more maneuverable than my bulky Wilson racquet even with the weight differential; and it also has a larger sweet spot. The Prince racquet does ping pretty loud if you don't have a string dampener so I suggest purchasing one. One thing I did notice about this racquet is that it's unforgiving if you want to "arm" the ball when you swing. In other words, you will know if you are not properly swinging at the ball using this racquet. I find this to be a good thing because it encourages proper technique.

In conclusion, this racquet is perfect for me right now since I'm improving my game. I love the maneuverability, plus, I like the way it looks. This racquet makes me excited to play more often than I do. I'm currently proficient with my forehand, backhand, slice, volley, and kick serve. I'm still working on my flat serve and improving my backhand.

The bottom line is I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Please make sure that you purchase the right sized grip for your hand for comfort and safety.

I am a recreational player and was looking to up my game by moving up from a cheaper racquet. After a little research, I ended up with the Prince O3 Red. This thing is nice. It offers control and forgiveness without sacrificing power. It is very light, but still has a good feel. I haven't used many racquets in this price range, but I can't see there being many that are better than the Price O3 Red MP+. After about 30 minutes of use I found this racquet maximizes my abilities and improves my shots. Thus far, it's been worth every penny, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great racquet in this price range.

I bought this racquet because I needed one in a pinch. It has turned out to be my all-time favorite (I have had a Prince 03 Silver and a couple of Wilsons). Because I have a lot of natural power, I needed a stick to help me with control, which it has. Even more amazing is that it is lightweight, yet sturdy, and very aesthetically pleasing. I am very pleased with this purchase and am looking forward to Prince's new racquet releases in the near future.

After reviewing a number of racquets I decided on this one and I sure am glad I did. This is a bit older model, but it works just as
well as this years high dollar model. Great feel, great balance, great grip and came with a cover.

Oh, did I mention the awesome price!
