Am I the Princess or the Frog is a funny book. It is a girl named Jamie Kelly and her diary. In the book she goes through many obstacles. Her mother is a very bad cook, but she doesn't know it. Jamie Kelly also has a friend named Isabella who tends to be a little mean sometimes. They both go to "Mackerel Middle School". Their enemy is Angeline who is pretty and perfect. Jamie Kelly has a crush on Hudson (the seventh cutest guy in school). In the book she gets notes from a secret admirer. Who could it be? You'll have to read the book to find out. This book is for girls ages eight and up. It is a great book.

This book is really funny, because there are a lot a twists. (A lot of things that you would not think would happen) I have never read a series that is so funny! So if you do get ths book you might want to get book # 1,2 first. This is a great book!

(This is from my daughter.)I love these books and I am going to get everyone. I already have 2 and I read them over and over again. They are hilarious and so true to life. I suggest reading all of these books and I can't wait for them to make more!!!

Do you like funny books? If you do, you should read this book. I really like the characters. They are really funny. Jaime is writing in her diary and saying bad stuff about Angeline. Also Jaime is saying that her mom's cooking is horrible. This book is not as good as the first two, but is still worth reading for laughs. I can't wait for the next one!

I purchased this book for my eight year old niece as a Christmas gift and she loved it. She read the entire book in one day (not a long book) and was very entertained. We will continue to order the rest of the series. I would definitly recommend them for preteen girls!

I read them with my kids and we buy a new one as soon as it's out. I had a beagle growing up and his ancestor breeding tree illustration is priceless for anyone who's had a rabbit-chasing stinky beagle. I think it's in this book specifically, but you can't go wrong with any of the books. I hope he never stops writing them and Jamie never grows up. On many days, I know I haven't. Ha ha!!! As for the folks who say she's not a good example, she's not boozing and smoking cigarettes, okay? She's still a kid and having crushes on boys and being jealous starts at age 4 for girls, so Benton is not portraying anything that's untruthful, and Jamie's a better girl than many that age. : )

I loved this book so much I recommended it to many adult friends as well, parents or not!

Was pleased with my purchase and the promptness of receiving it. The intended was very pleased with her gift and is really enjoying it.

Seriously one of the funniest books I've ever read! I love all the books I've read so far in the series, my friends did too. I read a part to my mom in the car and she practically doubled over laughing. =D
Great for kids who loved the Junie B. Jones series.

This is an excellent series of books for your 3rd-5th graders to read aloud to you.

This was a great book. My daughter loved it and all her friends have since read it. Very funny. This author has found a new fan in my daughter and her friends.
