We rented this game last week from our local video store. The dd has been playing it ever since. I had to demand her to take breaks and she watches the clock like a hawk so that she can get back on it as soon as time is up. I like the jazzy music and she seems to appreciate the easy to read on-screen directions. Watching her play the game makes me want to take her to see the movie even more. I asked her what her favorite part of the game was and she said "kissing the frog"(???)

We were really disappointed in this game. We say the movie and loved it. We got the Dora games (which are AWESOME)and wanted something for our older daughter (she is almost 6). This game has nice music and cute graphics (great if you liked the movie), but the actual game is very difficult and the kids lost interest immediately. It is not meant for adults, but kids have a hard time with it. It felt more like a movie than a game during several parts. Every time you start over you have to sit through lots of dialogue and doesn't really help the game. Would not reccomend. Maybe they just rushed this one, and a better one will come out soon.

We purchased this for our 4yr old daughter for xmas to go along with her new wii. We love it. Our 2 yr old likes to dance to the music while big sister plays. Her favorite part is cooking the food...spicy gumbo, cake, etc. I like the dress up segment and the music games. We enjoy playing this game together...it's only been a couple of days but she has requested to play this everyday so far.

I rented this game at the local video store, and I figured it would be something that my daughter would enjoy. Needless to say, I actually enjoyed it myself. Some of the games are rather challenging for my daughter, but I think once she plays it enough she will get used to it. She loved being able to change Tiana's clothes, and picking the colors because everything has to be pink. Also, every chapter you get through, you can upgrade your colors and backgrounds on the main screen. You win beads to be able to buy things and it is very exciting for a child. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the talking, but you can easily get through it by pushing the A button. Overall, my daughter and I really enjoyed this game and I will be purchasing it in the future.

My daughter will be 5 in feb and I got this for her we are playing it.. It is so much fun! a continuation of the movie. very interactive. 4 players can play it. I think I will have her friends over for a playdate Princess and the Frog party!. WELL DONE! Definitely worth it!

My 6 yr old got this for her birthday. I think she mastered it in less than 4 weeks. she gets limited time to play Wii games, and I think she completed everything in about 6 hours of play. She seemed to blow throught just like she did the Disney Princess game, it would be nice to make it a little more challenging.

I know very little about Wii games . I was asked to purchase this Princess and the Frog Game for our granddaughter. I had no idea what is was but after seeing her open it and the enjoyment she had playing it I would tell every one to buy it. This game is worth a million smiles.

My 3 year old daughter and I love to play this game. Its simple enough for her to play without getting frustrated, plus Princess Tiana is so pretty and fun!

Bought this game for my daughter, she loves it! Has a great story mode, you can play multi player challenges and it is very well done visually!

The Princess and the Frog Wii game features attractive aspects: the music, just like in the movie feature, is simply fantastic.
The game mostly consists of mini-games.
Now the plus side is that you can have up to 4 players, which is great. It is not always easy to find multiplayers games that can interest a boy and a girl. The mini-games are not exceptional. Some are fun, others are just average.
DS is 8 but will accept to play this game with DD(6). He even likes some of the mini-games (remembering the cake pattern, or making the gumbo sauce).
Some commands respond nicely (making the sauce, playing the music). I found other mini-games to be less intuitive (throwing the food was more luck than skills)

Interactions with background characters can get a little boring but they do not last too long.

It is a fun game overall but not a family's favorite.
