Passionate sizzle...the cowboy and the princess,
By A Customer
This review is from: Princess In His Bed (Mass Market Paperback)
From book write-up on cover: SO NEAR...The minute he saw the raven-haired beauty who'd crashed into his barn, rancer JaredMcNeil knew he was in trouble. Because she didn't have insurance, Mimi Deerman would work off her debt by caring for his neices. Jared sensed she had secrets, but her luscious curves drove him crazy. Before long she was burning up his bed and tearing down his defenses. And yet so far...Princess Michellina Dumont had come to Wyoming incognito to find her brother, but instead found passion. But would she trade her royal tiara for the love of a lifetime?

This review is from: Princess in His Bed (The Royal Dumonts) (Kindle Edition)
Mimi Deerman alias Princess Michelina manages to escape from Marceau to go in search of her once feared-dead but now lost brother Jacques aka Jack Raven (or Jack Sparrow?). She meets and falls in love with Jared, a Wyoming rancher, who gets her to believe in herself. Let me say that Mimi/ Michelina in prior stories is strong willed and very defiant. So this 'Princess Useless' title she assumes is inconsistent with her character. She gets really close in locating this lost brother, Jacques, in Denver but neither she nor the queen does anything further to find this lost brother. One would think that the queen would have moved heaven and earth to see her lost son. But no, instead she plans her daughter's wedding to Jared over a four month period. I was disappointed to find out two books later (His Majesy, M.D. & Princess in His Bed) that lost Jacques is still lost to this very rich and powerful Dumont family. Tsk! Tsk!

Not bad, just OK,
This review is from: Princess In His Bed (Mass Market Paperback)
Part of the "Royal Dumonts" series centering on Michelina the royal sister. Short, light read that probably didn't take Ms. Banks too long to write.
