These are a smaller, cheaper version of the Golden Books I'm familiar with. Some of the illustrations are not very good, even a little blurry.
But for the price, not bad. Not the books you would pass down to someone.

The set does not cost much but the books (although they look good in the box) are not well put together. You will think that someone sat at home and make them with not technology whatsoever. I think you could find a much nicer book for that price o just a few more dollars.

Any little girl who likes Disney princesses, will love these books. Little Golden Books are always a hit with my children, and these little books are just the same. Cute books for bedtime stories.

Great set of 6 books and a great price. My daughter of course has a favorite, and we read them often. I'm sure your princess fan will love them too.

For some reason, Cinderella looks nothing like the Disney cartoon. The other 5 stories match up to the cartoons.

The set is nice. At $[...] for the set, it's cheaper than buying each individually.

My 2 year old daughter enjoys looking at the colorful pictures while I read it to her. The stories are not too long and hit the main plot points of the cartoons.

Thankfully, there are no song lyrics.

This is a great little gift that will make a big impression and have long standing value for the kids in your life!

A smashing collection -- highly recommended.

We ordered this as a gift for a 3 year old who loves to read and be read to. When we received it, it was missing one of the books. As it came in a sealed package, we were not aware of this until the gift had already been given. So instead of the 5 books we expected, we only received 4 because one of the books was duplicated. It only gets 2 stars because it did not arrive as advertised.

As a side note, Amazon is unwilling to replace the missing book; our only option was to take the gift away from the 3 year old who had just received it and send it all back to get a new set sent out. Anyone with small children will realize that this is not a good solution. We simply wanted the missing book replaced. They could have sent the missing title or even have sent a new set out and I could have then returned the incorrect product. I shouldn't have let this annoy me as much as it did, but to have the set missing a book and then unable to fix it has left a sour taste in my mouth.

These princess books contain Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Snow White, Little Mermaid, and Princess and the Frog. I love all of them. The word to picture ratio is not too overwhelming and my little girl loves these books.

Case that books are in is very nice.

the princess frog story is very badly illustrated. The pictures was not at all like the one in the cover. Plus the quality of the paper is not good and the colors are not bright. It's not very appealing to young kids.
