This CD has been my daughters' main bedtime music for three years now. They haven't gotten sick of it yet and surprisingly enough either have my husband or I. The music itself is kind of Disney classics meet Muzak with a slight jazzy twist. The melodies to the songs are recognizable in these keyboard and string heavy renditions, but different enough that you might find yourself wondering, "Which movie is this from" from time to time. It's a nice bridge for kids to appreciate less-commercial music. It's what I call Disney Lite - familiar and comforting for those Disney fans and palatable for those who, foolishly, are not. The CD is a great tool to mellow down and drift into sleep for the little ones. It also holds an element of fantasy and whimsy that is sure to swath little princess in comfort before sending them into happy dreams.

For the past year and a half, our daughter has been going to sleep to the instrumental tunes of Bedtime for Beatles. She loved it! Then one day recently she told me she wanted different music - princess lullaby music - perfect for a 3-1/2 year old. So I went online and looked up "princess lullabies" and found this CD. She loved it from the first moment she heard it. We keep her music on all night long, and whenever I go into her room to check on her, I feel like I'm entering Disneyworld! I would highly recommend this CD.

I received this as a gift for my baby, but have found that I am listening to it myself! The music is so soothing, and brings back so many memories for me. I especially like the arrangements for A Whole New World and Someday My Prince Will Come. Perfect for nap time for the baby, or just some restful music for you to listen to at work or while reading.

I was downloading songs for my 13 month old from Itunes and came across this album. The lullabys were so soothing and brought back memories from my childhood when I used to watch and listen to these popular classics. I purchased the CD from Amazon and my baby listens to it at bedtime...I find myself lingering in her room as it plays...to watch her sleep...and also to hear the soothing tunes and reminisce...

These soft pleasant tunes will relax you and bring back memories of your favorite childhood movies. I used the song from Cinderella "A Wish Is A Dream Your Heart Makes" at my recent wedding (I walked down the isle to it) and as I looked around it brought smiles to so many faces. This tune now has special meaning for me and it will bring a smile to my face for years to come each time I hear it. It's well worth the price.

We've had this CD for nearly a year and my 4-year-old daughter has listened to it literally EVERY night. Purchased it for her during a time in which she was having trouble going to sleep each night and kept making excuses to come out of her room at bed-time. This CD was a dream come true. It has become a very important part of her bedtime routine. We put it on after we finish reading and are ready to leave her to sleep for the night. Sometimes we hear it playing softly during the night or early in the morning, as she will put it back on if she wakes up during the night. It really helps her to sleep! We always take it on vacation, and even had to go out searching for one during a beach vacation last summer as her baby brother got hold of it and scratched it. Thank goodness we were able to find another copy! My daughter's quote about this cd: "It makes me feel like I'm floating on a dream." Enough said! :o)

I'm a daycare teacher and first heard this album atwork. Let me tell you it puts the kids right to sleep! When its not playing we have the hardest time trying to get them to sleep. This album works so well, I've bought it for friends of mine and even a spare at home!

Purchased for 2 Princess-crazed children & discovered that you're never too old to enjoy these classics. The instrumentals are mezmorizing. Very appropriate even for background dinner music. Even got my hard-to-fall-asleep child lulled into peaceful slumber. You'll love it!!

This CD is very soft and pretty and puts my little ones right to sleep. Very lovely instruments. :) I would recomend this to any parent looking for soft lullabyes.

This is my 5 yr daughters favorite bedtime CD. We've had it since she was two and she and I both love it. It has very nice, soothing renditions of all the common princess movie songs. My 3 year old son also likes it!
