My daughter loves this book. There's much to see and touch on each page. It's beautifully illustrated. It's the kind of book she won't outgrow quickly. Actually, I think she may get more into it as she develops. It isn't baby-like, and yet the pictures draw her in.

My mom was a kindergarten teacher for 25 years before retiring and she is now an associate librarian who handles all the storytime programs at her library. She told me about this book for my two year-old daughter. She said it was just such a beautiful book that was so much nicer than your average touch and feel book and nicer than the ones this author usually puts out (her books are always wonderful, but this one is her piece de resistance). It has all different kinds of materials for the dresses and it's a longer and larger/bigger book than her others. It's a lovely book for a little one who likes princesses. I bought it in time for the Royal Wedding to have my daughter sort of feel more involved. I'm so glad I got it. It's one we'll treasure.
