(Update: after contacting Princeton Tec, I received a replacement part for my light)
I have had no difficulties or issues like the previous reviewer with either my light or my friends, so I would credit those not to deficient design, but to the fact that in these days of mass manufacturing there are always bound to be some products which come off the line not at 100%.
Good, very small piece of gear, I have no problem recommending it if you are looking for something like this. If you happen to get one with issues, either the retailer or manufacturer would probably be willing to exchange.
I have had numerous Princeton Tec lights. 2 of these, 3 Fuels, 6 Remixes and 3 Coronas.
There is a short life on all of these depending on price.
The Corona last the longest for me, about 1 year but also is the most expensive. The Remix is about the best combo of price to dying, I can get them to last about 9 months.
Normally the switch goes on Princeton Tec Stuff. You will bend over and it will go off. Or it will go off and then you can turn it back on. Or the lights start going on and off. Time to get a new one.
However both of these did not get much use from me being car lights but after about 4 months they both stopped working. The switch didn't go on these, they just didn't work.
I like the design. Great as a backup light you could put in your glove box or survival kit. However I would be afraid to do that because they seem to have a limited SHELF LIFE independent of how much they are used.

Upon inserting battery per the instructions I smelled something buying. Then I could only get the light to operate intermittently. Ultimately I returned it to the seller.Published 11 months ago by geoskup
Comfortable to wear, great to have three settings (the red is particularly useful when you don't want to blind others or announce your presence too brightly), easy to use. Read morePublished 12 months ago by Nibrocla
