Overall this is a great product! I Just took this down to 125' and it worked great there as well as for my night dive that weekend. This light was brighter than by buddies big primary light, It will work for a primary! I am not to hot about the switch, it works but the locking mechanism seems to not be as sturdy and can be unlocked if in a bag with other gear. To turn it on, the switch has to be all the way to the right which helps if the lock does come undone; good thinking. All in all if you need a light in a hurry, something that you can rely on, this is it. I needed another light for the dive and this was within my budget. I used it for the whole weekend and no battery change needed. The lanyard is a perfect length to hang from the shoulder rings of your BC.

This underwater light is super bright. I did not use it past the 5hour mark and actually wear out its batteries, so I can not speak to "how long" they last. But I did use it for at least 3 hours and it is still as bright as ever. It seriously illuminates everything underwater for some ways. Pretty unbelieveable how bright it is! Also, it is a super rugged design, so no worries about having a flimsy, easily breakable light.

I'm very pleased with this diving light. I've used it for the first time in Corsica ~40m depth : No problems. It ls practical & light to bring with you and efficient (narrow but usable beam). The swith lock is a bit easy to unlock & free the switch but nothing serious : the switch itself never went on by its own!
