This is a great book written by one of the best French phisiotherapists. It is good for professionals or, people who have an idea on how the human skeleton and the muscles work. It is not a book for the layman. Phillipe Souchard's method for treating postural ailmaints has been well known all over the world (except the United States) for more than twenty years, with excellent results all around. It is an incredible/worth trying technique. I am a true advocate of it. I had the good fortune to receive PRG (RPG in Spanish) sessions for my stenosis of the spine in another Country--after trying lots of other treatments with no good results--and this method does work miracles. I wish some professionals would decide to open up their minds to it in the USA. I've seen some studies being done here but, nothing with a fast approach yet. I also hope for more books that talk about this technique to be printed in English in the near future.

I am A Physical therapist and my daughter has Scoliosis (deviation of the spine) and this book teach me different techniques to improve her posture.
The only thing it is only in Spanish (or there also in french and portuguese). It is a great book, very well explain, easy to understand. There also two other books with the different postures> STRETCHING GLOBAL ACTIVO 1 AND 2. I really recommend all of these books no only for scoliosis also for postural alignment.
