A concise, helpful introduction to the Alexander Technique,
By A Customer
This review is from: Principles of the Alexander Technique: The Only Introduction You'll Ever Need (Thorsons Principles) (Paperback)
This little book contains a good deal of useful information for anyone considering lessons in the Alexander Technique. In particular, it contains some practical suggestions for working on your own and good advice on choosing a teacher. Along with Rickover's book, "Fitness Without Stress", and Conable's "How to Learn the Alexander Technique", it is one of the best introductions to this wonderful method.
