About the Author

Bruce La Fleur is executive vice president of TLF Publications, Inc. and co-publisher of La Fleurs Lottery World. He joined TLF Publications in 1992 to assist his wife in running the business. Since then, the company has dramatically increased its list of publications, created the symposium and started e-commerce. Previously, he spent 10 years with The Washington Post in the production department and two years as a real estate asset manager for Baltimore Gas & Electric. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in business administration.

Terri La Fleur is president of TLF Publications, Inc. and co-publisher of La Fleurs Lottery World. La Fleur started TLF in 1991 with the publication of her first book, Compendium of Lottery Statistics. Over the last decade years, TLF has published over 32 books. In 1993, La Fleur and her husband Bruce launched La Fleurs Lottery World, followed by the La Fleurs Lottery World Symposium in 1996. From 1983-1993, she was lottery editor of International Gaming & Wagering Business. She served as editor of Public Gaming Magazine from 1980-1982. She earned a B.S. degree in journalism and a B.A. degree in English at the University of Maryland.
