Good book, poor service
The book did not include the online content access and was damaged when I received it. When I returned the book I was charged for shipping, despite the damage (which I did not cause). The entire book has been highlighted!!!
This is the worst book you could have sold me. The entire book had been highlighted and there was no mention of it in your product description!
