I found The Book of Economic Growth for undergraduates!,
By
This review is from: Principles of Economic Growth (Paperback)
This book presents the Theory of Economic Growth from the roots to the present, showing the links between the different approaches and using an intuitive and elegant language. By avoiding the mathematical details, it really allows the reader to "see the forest behind the threes". The book also provides bridges from the growth theory to policy issues, which may be useful for courses on Development Economics that also go through questions like stabilisation, trade policy and transition economics.

A comprehensive view on economic growth,
By Nikolay Gertchev (Paris, France) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Principles of Economic Growth (Paperback)
A wonderful book about economic growrh, including a lot of legible graphs and just the right number of essential equations. Finally a well-designed paper that focuses on the comprehension of phenomena and not on excessive formalisation. One could regret however some over-simplifications ( for exemple the choice of linear functions of utility ), which introduce keynesian hypothesis in a global conception that is supposed to be liberal.
