RENEE E. WEISS is the interim director of the Center for Academic Excellence at The University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. KNOWLTON is the director of the Center for Distance Education and Learning Technologies at Crichton College in Memphis, Tennessee. BRUCE W. SPECK is Dean for the College of Arts and Sciences at the Universityof North Carolina at Pembroke.
