While I appreciate the number of examples, there are too many mistakes and the examples don't go well with the practice problems.

they lured me with a book price that was cheaper than other places, but then when I recieved the book, I found that a whole chapter was missing and it was a 2006 edition-- marketed as international edition. I felt cheated
