A excellent work about international law,

International law has a great lack of philosophical like-works about his institutions, and Kelsen book offers such a view.
Not that the reader will find something astonish new, if he already readed his General Theory of Stats and Law, some parts will look a deja vu. If u can spend the money for buy this work, i would recommend it, since it is every day more difficult to get great autors in they home language (Even Kelsen being austrian, this work was written by him in english).
