Do NOT be misled by the listed publishing date as I was- this is NOT the current (3rd) edition, which came out in 2011; the Dec 2011 date apparently refers to the creation of a "Kindled" version of the 2nd edition. Who wants an outdated book??!! In addition, the Kindle version is hard to read- tables are unbeleivably microscopic and won't enlarge. (Thank you Amazon for accepting the return. Hope the Kindle 3rd edition is more readable.)
