Soon to be updated, this is an excellent, well balanced text, in which all chapters are written by the senior authors, both of whom are experienced and expert clinicians

5.0 out of 5 stars Captivating!, October 3, 2005
Dr Phillip takes the reader on an anatomical journey, exploring all the ups, downs, rights and wrongs of surgery for the colon, rectum, and of course... the anus. This journey is not without it's share of danger, however Dr Phillip always reveals the perfect solution to the reader. I have no doubt that this story will continue to shock, intrigue, and amuse readers for years to come. I highly recommend this book, it is a fascinating read, and it contains frequent use of the word rectum!
