This book is a great text requirement for an MPH program. The only drawback I can think of, is that it is so darn heavy! An e-book or kindle version may not be as user friendly as one may think. Overall, good buy.

This was an incredibly good text book and I thoroughly enjoyed reading every bit of it. It is a compilation of topics as an overview of public health in American. The editors did a great job of choosing relevant topics that gave a student a good picture of Public Health and what makes up Public Heath. I highly recommend this book.

The item itself does not get a rating of 1 star, it is the company that I ordered from. Just as some of the other reviews have mentioned, it has been nearly 1 month since I ordered my book through this company, and I have yet to receive it. This is very frustrating seeing as how school started 1 month ago, and I am still without my book.
I'm hoping I won't have to go through the hassle of filing a claim with Amazon. I'm keeping my fingers crosses that my book will arrive any day now....

I received the book a lot quicker than I thought I would. The book was in excellent condition. I would buy from this seller again in the future.
