As a professor who has taught Kabbalah (Cabalah, Qabalah) since 1972 at Universal Seminary, it is my personal opinion this is the best book ever published for helping the new student understand the basics of Kabbalah. Never before has it been so easy to learn about the Tree of Life. This is the book several dozen of my students should have written. It is one I would have liked to write except for the enormity of the task. Thank you Ms. Jayanti. Your book will give hundreds of new students the foundation they need to master the Kabbalah. The time and energy you saved me is a gift I will always treasure. So is your book.

"The only introduction you'll ever need" if you only need to skim the surface. The book is very small, and they waste loads of space on the Qabalalistic view of various lifestyle decisions and situations, all of which to my mind isn't necessary for the "pathless path". It's like a reflection, and is different depending on what you bring to it. Explaining such things make it seem as though there is only one answer. By the time they approach actually explaining things, assuming you read through all of that, there isn't enough room to give it any depth. It's TOO simplistic and I would really only recommend it for people who want to know what the Qabalah is, but have no intensions on any serious study.

I have purchased several books on Quabalah, but was quickly intimidated and put them down (never to pick them up again!).Ms. Jayanti's PRINCIPLES OF THE QUABALAH is not only extrememly easy to read and to understand,but it actuallty makes you feel like a better person for reading it.Her ideas are inspirational and forthright, without straying from all the basic information that you need.Everytrhing is there, the connections are made and all you have to is sit back, read and enjoy!
