This book should be titled "The Taiji Bible.",
By adrowell (Mississippi) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Principles of Tai Chi (Paperback)
If you could only own one book on the subject of taiji, this should be the one. This is not another how to book on forms and techniques, but instead, it is a book on the underlining principles that make taiji work. This book will answer the question "why" with clairity. If you want to deepen your understanding of taiji, or just get an idea of what taiji is all about, then read this book.
