This review is from: The Printed Voice of Victorian Poetry (Hardcover)
Barred from librarys around the world, Griffiths was set a difficult task when asked to write a book. All he could see when he looked through the windows of his university library was a 'talk quietly' sign. Luckily Eric managed to spin this out into a whole chapter.
Eric had to make many sacrifices to write this book, including giving up his job as manager for East 17. Eric also sacrificed two new-born calves and a cat.
Eric is henceforth known in polite society as 'The Viking'.
