I got one sheet of this paper when I bought the Glossy Photo Paper from Printworks. Than we took a very beautiful picture one camping day, and we decided to try printing on the canvas. The result was really awesome! It looks like somebody painted it! We're buying more now, to print some other pictures and give as gifts.

If your are planning to print some photos of your favorite subjects (your children, your spouse, your pets), on the printer connected to your personal computer, this product will turn the photos into what resembles an actual image on canvas. You will be able to create a 5-Minute Masterpiece, using artistic effects without having to use the actual brush and paint, be it oil for painting, watercolor, or transferring an old photo using the sepia effect (with or without a border), onto a sheet of canvas inkjet photo media (that resembles actual canvas).

Perhaps, you have a special portrait of one of your favorite subjects, and rather than taking it to a studio, you can turn it into a masterpiece with the simple use of this specialized photo paper and the inkjet printer. While the thickness of the paper does feel a lot like canvas, it will run through the printer without a hitch.

We saved some of our favorite photos on a Word document as a personal scrapbook, and upon going into the file and selecting the photos we wanted, all we had to do to complete the project was "hit the PRINT" button on the computer screen, and wait for the beautiful results.

Some photos from the fireworks, when printed on this media give the effect of being an actual watercolor. How clever, and you can determine the size within the range of the 8.5" x 11" paper size. Now, all that's left is to cut it to fit the lovely frame; buying a frame or making your own, that's another project!

So, if you have several pictures of one of your favorite subjects, and want to put them into the same frame, even dating the photos, this canvas photo media paper will be the canvas of your design. If you don't have the right pose on the subject, have him or her put on some fancy duds, and pose again; funny face, or serious face, it will be worth the effect it produces, as well as the artful effect of your touch. We used the Printworks canvas photo paper to print up some photos of our trip to Hawaii last summer with our daughter and son inlaw. We gave them the 4 framed pictures as a christmas present. They were blown away by how profesional they looked. They looked like they were expensive pictures painted on canvas.

The password for the software accompanying the product did not load properly and could only be used once. We contacted the company twice. They told us they would send the necessary software through the mail. We never received it and they have not returned our calls.
