Privacy Pop Up Portable Tent - Green

We bought this to use in conjunction with a porta potty on a long trip. It worked spectacularly, popping open quickly (maybe 30 seconds), and provided the privacy we needed for such use.

It can also be staked or tied down for more permanent applications.

It stores as a flat, round "pancake" package, maybe 24" in diameter and 1" thick, so it fits easily in many unused spots of a packed car or trailer.

For a quick and easy set-up, nothing tops this pop-up. I have owned one similiar, but it was the conventional type, with the poles, etc. This one is easy, and it is incredibly convenient to store, stow, back-pack with, and use. Super light weight and durable design help with the overall satisfaction. Just think about what you are going to use it for. It's great for that.

The seam on one of the lower wires has come unthreaded a little, not jeopardizing the use of the product at all. But it suggests a lack of quality control at whatever facility these are manufactured at. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

I really like this unit. It VERY easy to set up and take down. Total privacy. The only downfall its very light. You definatly need to put the spikes on it to hold it down, because the wind definatly will blow it over. Overall its great for the price. I used the unit 4 times already and it definatly served its purpose

I received my item very quickly. When I got it... I opened it immediately and flung that thing into the air. It pops open very easily and it only took me two tries to fold it back up and put it into the carrying case (just read the directions... it's actually very easy once you know how to do it). I am a pro photographer and I need some "portable privacy" for my clients to change outfits when we shot on location. This thing works great because it doesn't weigh too much and it doesn't take up too much space. And... I didn't have to take a loan out to purchase it either!

I received the pop-up yesterday and it works great! It does not have a floor but there are webs that cross it to keep its shape. You could add a small mat if you wanted something other than dirt or grass. It also comes with stakes and cord and also little sand bags that you fill up with dirt or rocks whatever yourself. The top has some pretty good sized vents to help keep you from getting hot. I didn't see any of this in the descriptions so thought it might be helpful. It folds up very easily and I did it without a bit of trouble the very first time. Google utube for demonstrations on pop-ups; they all seem to work the same way. I don't like the Privacypopup.com written on the front of it--but it doesn't negate the usefulness of the item and I highly recommend. If you are out in a lake or beach without a place to change--this would serve the purpose. Not to mention those times when a private place to potty can't be found--many rest stops don't have restrooms! It's great!

This tent has proven handy for our tailgate activities. It pops up and folds down quickly- although you have to be careful you have it facing in the correct direction while folding it back up so it will fold in correctly. It has some trouble in the wind if you don't face it the correct direction and you may eventually have to buy some heavier duty stakes for it, but I think we were subjecting it to greater winds than it is designed for and it still held up for an entire NFL season of tailgating and we won't need to replace it for next year.

Recommended, and definitely worth spending the extra dollars on over a privacy tent where you have to assemble the poles.

I do wish it could be a little taller, people over 6 feet tall are a little uncomfortable standing inside it, but that would also take a bit away from the small convenient size, but offering a larger size would be handy.

This tent sets up easy and is fairly easy to take down and store, once you figure it out. You would think that they could include stakes to hold it down, though. I use it next to the pool for a 3 year-old that has to "go potty" several times during an afternoon in the pool - much more convenient than both of us getting out of the pool, drying off and trying to make it to the bathroom before an accident happens.

I tailgate alot of Eagles games for 8 hours or more. Nothing is worse than the public john's. By the time you walk over and wait in line, you just wasted 30 mins of good drinking time!!! I use 2 standard buckets with the removable seat. One bucket for #2 with a trash bag per use(only my crew is allowed to use this), Owner ties and trashes. 2nd bucket for #1. Ran out of beer one time and folks where giving me beers for the use of tent. Just leave the buckets in the lot with all the rest of trash. Lids sold at home depot or Lowes.

We use this as a simple changing room/camp toilet room for truck camping. If you hold the middle of both corners of the base while crossing your hands, it folds quickly and easily. Setup and take down take about 30 seconds. The interior storage compartments are pretty handy; the stakes work well also. Kudos for a simple design.

I decided to buy this pop-up tent for our annual Labor Day camping trip; specifically for those middle-of-the-night calls of nature so I wouldn't have to get dressed and trudge down to the bathrooms alone at 3am. I hate that...and it can be scary. I bought the luggable loo toilet top and attached to a Lowes 5 gallon bucket which my husband screwed down to two 2x4's (as feet)which helped stabilize it and also raised it up a bit to make it a more natural height. We had this set up right outside our tent and I put a magnetic LED tent light inside it on the roof. Awesome! It pops up very easily and it folds back down relatively easy...you just have to do it a few times to get the hang of it. The step-by-step directions are on the box itself. It includes a handy carry bag, stakes, and some removable velcro pouches that you can hang inside of it to stow toilet paper rolls, or whatever. It also has some straps inside where I suppose you could hang some clothing. It's excellent for the purpose we bought it for and would be fine for a quick changing room. I didn't give it 5 stars because I thought it could be a tad larger inside, especially if you're a bigger person. That said; all of the other 'camper' woman in our group of 6 tents were jealous of my personal 'potty'! Ha!
