Brice & Naomi is very intense when they first meet. Naomi and her friend was going on vacation and at the last minute her friend was unable to make. It has been about 2 years or so since Naomi had a vacation an with break up of her last relationship Naomi has built this wall up around her heart and is afraid to let anybody get close to her, Brice sees this from a distance and change his mind about introducing himself to her.

But boy once Brice get his feet in the door there is not stopping him it is HEAVEN from then own with Brice & Naomi, you probably think all is good well it is for the moment but while Naomi getting advise from her friend she does not tell Brice the truth about her so while on the island all is right and they are falling in love. Once there time has come to a end they both decided to continue this long distance affair.

Let just say when they finally do meet up again ALL HELL IS GOING TO BREAK.............I recommend his book and is hoping Donna will do a story on Naomi friend. Oh the reviewer before me mention the office scene she didn't lie is it HOT HOT HOT..............

Thanks Donna for another awesome story, Naomi & Brice were incredible together, the scene when Brice came into Naomi's office & locked the door left me breathless.

I haven't read Donna Hill's books for a few years and I am so glad I chose this book. Great story. The characters were mature and true to life. The story had everything - romance, steamy love scenes, a little mystery, it was great! I will get back to reading more of Donna Hill.

A great read, some steamy scenes, and a real life believable story line. If you have ever smacked your head at the unbelievable situations and characters of some stories then you will be in for a treat. This book keeps an actual plot line that makes sense. The office scene is pretty good, great work by Donna Hill on this one.

I loved this book. I read it in one day. Ms. Hill did a excellent job. The love scenes were hot!

A little disappointing, but still enjoyable. Easy, entertaining read; main character somewhat fixated but then that how we are, but may not want to admit it.

Wow, this story left me breathless. Hours after reading this story the characters were still on my mind as if I really knew them. I enjoyed the tension between Naomi and Brice. Brice is an alpha male going for what he believes is his. I love the way he lets Naomi know he was not just a vacation fling; thus the office scene. He knows how to stake his claim unlike many men. What I really enjoyed was that the love was believable. It was not lust but real caring and deep feelings beyond the sex. They encouraged each other in their careers and when trouble came Brice handled his business. This is a great story of love and forgiveness worth adding to your collection.
