A must have for passing the flight exam
This book won't teach you everything you need to know to be a good pilot, but that's not it's intent. It will teach you everything you need to know to pass the flight exam! If you struggle with written, multiple choice, and fairly pointless exams, then this book is for you!

OUTDATED ! Do Not Buy
This book has been updated multiple times since 2000. Do not purchase this edition. Look at aviation-related sites for the most current (2008) edition.

I found the book to be very helpful in preparing for the FAA exam. It provides the most information in the least amount of space possible. Using an "outline" format, it provides the main points, followed by all the necessary details in the sub-points. I would highly recommend this book to anyone preparing to become a pilot.
