Which primary or secondary school is best for my kid?,
By Joseph S. Maresca "Dr. Joseph S. Maresca CPA,... (Bronxville, New York USA) - See all my reviews (HALL OF FAME REVIEWER) (TOP 1000 REVIEWER) (REAL NAME)
This review is from: Private Secondary Schools 2007-2008 (Peterson's Private Secondary Schools) (Paperback)
This volume provides details on the course offerings, specializations,
scholarships and admission information for hundreds of primary and secondary schools throughout the USA. The volume allows comparison shopping on matters of course offerings, tuition, financial assistance, admissions rates, graduation rates and a host of scholastic statistics too numerous to list here. It is a treasurechest of information which will save you countless hours of travelling to and fro. The author also provides advice on when and when not to request an interview as part of the school application process. Specific school websites and contact persons are listed. This information will assist in gathering information for comparison and application purposes. Primary and secondary school offerings can cost from $500 to $2000 per month or more. Given that type of financial commitment, it is critical to do as much quality research as practicable before plunking down money. |
